England international Hudson-Odoi broke into the Chelsea first team squadfew seasons ago and he went on to sign a long-term deal at the club to ward off the interest from Bayern Munich. The English winger earns more than £100,000 at Chelsea on the back of signing the new lucrative deal.

Apart from Bayern Munich, another German Bundesliga club in Borussia Dortmund have always maintained an interest in Hudson-Odoi and Eurosport claimed that the Germans could step up that interest by signing the Chelsea player as a replacement for compatriot Jadon Sancho who’s closing in on a move to Manchester United.

Dortmund see Hudson-Odoi as the ideal replacement for Sancho who’s on course to move to Old Trafford this summer in a potential club-record deal. Chelsea are also keen to sign Sancho but the Red Devils are firm favourites to sign him.

Callum Hudson-Odoi is available for the right price this summer and a move to Borussia Dortmund seems more likely than a transfer to Bayern Munich according to the report from the aforementioned media outlet.

Chelsea handed Hudson-Odoi his first debut in the FA Cup clash with Newcastle United and he has made 57 appearances for the club till date with 13 of those coming under current manager Thomas Tuchel. He has not always been the first choice during his time with the Chelsea first team and he has maintained the same status under the current managerial dispensation at the club.
