Former Chelsea winger FlorentMalouda has advised the West London outfit on the culture of hire-and-fire at the club as he drummed support for current manager Thomas Tuchel. Malouda discussed the managerial position at Chelsea in a chat with the London Evening Standard as he advised the board to put an end to the constant dismissal of managers at the club. According to him, it looks like Chelsea have found the right man for the manager’s job at the club and that German tactician Tuchel is that man as he encouraged senior club officials to give him space to do a job for a long time to come.

Malouda is adamant that ex-Borussia Dortmund and Paris Saint Germain (PSG ( boss Tuchel can be a long-term manager at Chelsea.
